One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If there is a cancellation 10 days prior the arrival date, our policy guarantee a full refund of your deposit. However, if the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the arrival date, the 40% deposit will be kept, unless we are able to rent the room again.
In the event of a 24 hour or less cancellation notice, the full amount will be charged.
