The city of Sainte-Foy is now merged to the Sainte-Foy – Sillery district. The vast territory of this former city conceals many very interesting attractions. Enjoying its great location by the bridges of Québec and Pierre-Laporte, Sainte-Foy makes you discover its treasures.

Closer to the St. Lawrence River, the parc de la Plage Jacques-Cartier invites you to enjoy the River, the sun and the piecefulness of this place, only steps away from the bustling city. If you are looking for a place where you can shop, the mega shopping centres Laurier Québec, Place de la Cité and Place Sainte-Foy invite you to discover their numerous boutiques and department stores. It's one of the largest shopping centre complexes in Canada and the main commercial hub of québec City.

Close to the bridges, the Parc Aquarium du Québec proposes different outside circuits that will allow you to observe several mammal species. You will discover the St. Lawrence ecosystem, its water bodies, its marshes, its lakes and its fresh water plant species. You can also see the seals in a naturalized décor. The Arctic area, for its part, will allow you to observe some interesting species like polar bears and Groenland seals. Inside, more than 3,500  fish species await you. An acrylic tunnel allows you to visit the middle of a giant aquarium of 350,000  litres of water and observe more than 650  species of fish, as well as divers who feed them.
