One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
-A stay of three days and more require a 40% deposit.
-For any cancellation made more than five days before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded except for a $50 cancellation fee.
-For any cancellation made less than five days before the arrival date, a 20 % penalty will be billed. If you postpone your stay AND if we are able to rent de room again, there won’t be any penalty.
-For any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be billed UNLESS we are able to rent the room again.
