One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel 5 days before the date of your arrival, we will apply a $50 penalty. For any cancellation 3 days or less before your arrival, we will charge the totality of the cost of your reservation.
