A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay or maximum deposit for room charges for first night's stay will be asked with a credit card. Four days or more before the arrival date, reservation may be changed for free or cancel your reservation with an administrative fee of 50% of deposit. If you cancel three days or less before the arrival date, or reservation changes one day before check-in will result in loss of deposit plus an administrative charge of 50% of deposit. Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date.
