One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is made five days before the arrival date, there won't be penalty. If the cancellation is made less than five days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
