Cancellation policy : In order to guarantee your reservation, we will charge $100 on your credit card. • In case of cancellation 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded (no penalty). • If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior the arrival date, the amount of deposit will be kept. • No show or cancellation on date of arrival means the equivalent of one day stay will be charged to the credit card. • Date change made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a $25 fee.
