From January 5th to February 15th, from February 25th to July 13th and from October 10th to December 21st. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48h before the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. From February 16th to 24th and from July 14th to October 9th : If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. From December 22 to January 4th : If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. A deposit of the amount of the first night will be charged at the time of the reservation. For reservations from December 22 to January 4th, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the reservation. Credit card required Payment: Full payment required upon arrival. Depending on stay, minimum requirements vary. There is no service fee for change of names or dates. If the number of people change, there will be a new pricing depending on the number of people. No show: The total amount of the deposit is non-refundable.
