1. The contest is managed by Global Réservation and will be held from June 1st to August 31st, 2011.
2. The draw will take place on September 1st, 2011, in the Global Réservation’s premises under the supervision of Ms. Julie Gagné, assistant manager of Global Réservation.
3. The winner will be contacted by phone between September 6th and 9th, 2011.

4. The contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
5. The employees of Global Réservation, the employees of the accommodations affiliated with Auberge Beaux Rêves & Spa as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to this contest.
6. Entrants will have to answer a mathematical question.

7. To participate, you simply have to visit Global Réservation (www.global-reservation.com) and make an online reservation between June 1st and August 31st, 2011. The dates of the reservation may be after those of the contest, as long as the reservation is made between June 1st and August 31st, 2011. You will automatically get registered for the contest. The name of the winner will be posted on the Facebook page of Global Réservation as well as on its Website.
8. Contest deadline: August 31, 2011 at 10:00 p.m.
9. Each online reservation corresponds to one entry.

10. The contest gives you the chance to win a gift certificate worth $856 at Auberge Beaux Rêves & Spa, located in Sainte-Adèle in the Laurentians region. This escapade package for 2 people includes 3 nights in a suite with a Queen Size bed on the banks of the river, fireplace and Jacuzzi, 3 outdoor breakfasts, a 1-hour body treatment, 1 dinner at Milot Restaurant, 1 dinner at Spago Restaurant, 1 dinner at La Chitarra Restaurant, and 4-day access to Beaux Rêves Nordik Spa. Taxes are included.
11. The gift certificate in valid until February 23, 2012. Restriction: on reservation only, from Sunday to Thursday, not valid between December 22, 2011 and January 9, 2012, excluding holidays and Valentine’s Day.
12. The reservation of the winner's accommodation will have to be made in advance directly with Auberge Beaux Rêves & Spa at 1-800- 279-7679
13. This gift certificate is valid anytime until February 23rd, 2012. After that date, the gift certificate will no longer be valid. No other promotion is applicable.
14. The winner is expected to meet his own cost for travelling to and from the accommodation.
15. The winner must conform to the rules of the establishment.

16. The contest winner will be contacted on the week of the draw in order to agree on the delivery of the prize, which will be done either by certified mail or directly at the Global Réservation’s premises.
17. The winner will have to claim his prize within 30 days following the draw.

18. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal applicable laws.
19. The contest rules will be posted on the Quebec's Seasons website for the entire duration of the contest.
20. Any disagreement regarding the organization or the course of an advertisement contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a settlement. Any disagreement regarding a prize awarding can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a regulation intervention only.
21. Subject to the approval of Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, the organizers of this contest reserve the right to cancel or postpone this contest entirely or a part of it or to put an end to it if a virus, a computer problem, an unauthorized human intervention or any other cause out of the organizers' control happen which could corrupt or affect the management, the security, the impartiality or the normal course of this contest.
