One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
In order to make a reservation, a credit card number will be asked to guarantee the room. No deposit will be taken on the card, except during the holiday season. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the arrival date, 100% of the first night's fee and 50% of the remaining of the stay will be charged.
