One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If there is a cancellation more than 3 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If there is a cancellation 24hrs or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
