Internet information / reservation request (24 hours)
One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
For cancellation more than 5 days before the date of the reservation 20 % of the amount will be charged.
For a cancellation from 5 days to 24 hours before the date of reservation, we will charge 50% of the total of your stay.
For a cancellation made less than 24 hours from the date of stay, or for a no show, you will be charge for the entire stay.
