One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If cancellation is made 72h before date of arrival, 25% of the total amount will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 24h before date of arrival and the hotel cannot find another client for the room, the total amount is charged.
