One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If the cancellation notice is received between 7 days and 24 hours before the expected date of arrival, there will be a charge of 25% of the total stay. If cancellation occurs on the day of the expected arrival, the entire cost will be charged.
