Internet information / reservation request (24 hours)
One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the first night will be charged. I cancellation is made between 3 and 7 days before the arrival date, a $35 penalty will be charged. Your room is reserved until 5 pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive later, we ask that you call to advise us of the time we should be expecting you. if by 5 pm you have not called, we reserve the right to rent the room to someone else.
