One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
For a no charge cancellation, we ask for a 48 hour notice prior to the arrival date by phone or fax . Any cancellation received after this delay will result in a 1 night charge + taxes for each reserved room.
