One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
To confirm a reservation, a minimum deposit of 30% is required.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is refundable if a cancellation notice is received 14 days or more prior to the arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days to the arrival date, the deposit is not refundable.
