Follow indications for Champlain Bridge.
On Champlain Bridge keep right and take exit 58, Montreal-Downtown (Bonaventure highway (10 East)).
Bonaventure highway will change name to University Street in Downtown Montreal.
On University Street turn right on Rene-Levesque Boulevard.
La Tour Centre-Ville is at the corner of Rene-Levesque and De Bleury. 

From the Laurentians (Approximate time: 1hour 45 minutes) :
Autoroute-des-Laurentides Highway (15 South) towards Montreal
Follow indications for Metropolitain highway (40 West).
On Metropolitain highway (40 West) keep left and follow indications for Decarie highway (15 South).
Take Decarie highway (15 South) towards Ville-Marie highway (720 East) heading to Montreal-Downtown.
Take Exit 3, Guy Street and keep right.
First light, turn right on Rene-Levesque Boulevard.
