One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
In order to guarantee your reservations, your credit card will be pre-authorized the day before your arrival for the amount of the first night's stay. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival.
