Our hotel-motel, located in the heart of Perce (Gaspe Peninsula, Quebec, Canada), faces the magnificent Perce Rock and an aquatic park. Native of the Bay of Chaleur region and installed at the Manoir de Perce since 1956, the Bujold family will have travellers appreciate the warm atmosphere of a manor dating from the beginning of the 20th century entirely renovated and a typically Gaspesian fine cuisine.Succumb to Edgar's (the father) smoked salmon and to Yvette's (the mother) cod livers. Our cooks, all certified by the Institut d'hôtellerie du Québec, offer you a fabulous choice of fish, seafood dishes and grilled meat. One of their specialties is a Gaspesian bouillabaisse.
