One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
Administration fees of 20% of the total amount of the stay will be charge if cancellation. The complete payment, less the administration fees, will be refundable if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made.
