One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of the first night's fees at least 15 days before the arrival date.
If cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date, $23 administration fees will be charged.
If cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be kept.
