One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If cancellation is made 15 days prior to your arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to your arrival, we will charge 15% of the total amount on the credit card. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to your arrival, we will charge the total amount of the stay.
