A deposit of 50% is mandatory with all reservations. If cancellation 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be reimbursed, but a $25 reservation fee will be kept. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable. You can change your reservation date up until 72 hours before the original reservation date.
