Internet information / reservation request (24 hours)
One of our agents will inform you of the availability of the hotel of your choice, for the dates you asked. We normally answer within 3 hours after your information request.
Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, a penalty of $50 of the deposit will be charged on the credit card.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable (the client has the option to re-schedule his rental).
